#JoeFoodTour I really love this place! From the outside it is not anything exceptional. In fact, if you drive too fast, you will definitely overlook it. Ignore the bars on the windows in the doors and the unfinished parking lot next-door. It is definitely a welcome surprise. I've been here several times to bring a charcuterie plate for a Thanksgiving celebration and for my sister from Wisconsin who has discriminating cheese opinion. When you come in and they ask you if would like to participate in the tasting always say yes! Got to meet the owner Lindsey Schechter! Super exciting. Such a nice experience! To promote their Thanksgiving package, each customer was given a tray of cheeses to sample and the owners walked you through each sample, explaining where it came from and the different blends. I bought the Brie and the goat cheese. Can’t wait to have these on my Thanksgiving board! Definitely will be back to try more!

We bought a small wedge of buttermilk blue cheese and it was pretty good. The people working here seem to know their cheeses. It would be nice to sample some of the cheeses, I might buy more if I knew I liked it. You can get snacks or stuff that pairs well, they even have wine.

What a gem of a place this is. The only store I could find that has legit Wisconsin Brick Cheese to make Detroit pizzas! If you want to take your pizza game to the the next level, get it and will not disappoint. An array of other wonderful and unique cheeses are available for cheese lovers! This place is cheese magic!

I had a speedy but friendly visit as part of a Where's Waldo local business search. I truly wish that I had discovered this place before I developed a dairy allergy. The staff were quite gracious and welcoming. They host free weekly cheese tastings of six of their 150 Texas cheeses. They also offer a decent selection of wines, jams, and crackers to pair with the cheeses. Additionally, cheese plates of various sizes can be ordered online.
